WRAP-AROUND CLUBS
We are pleased to share information on booking our new wrap-around clubs from September 2025 with availability from 8am – 5pm each day.

Morning Club
8 – 8:30am @ £2.50 per session. (£10 for the full week)
We will also offer a new morning club which will run from 8am. Children will be able to come to school at 8 - 8:30am for a cost of £2.50 which will also include a small snack for each child. Due to our lack of kitchen space we anticipate this to be something small such as milk / fruit / rice cake / crackers / small brioche / cereal bar. From 8:30, other children will be able to arrive at school (this will remain free of charge) and go to the hall / class 3 / 4 as they do now. Children going into the hall will take part in “Super Movers” and those in Class 3 and 4 will do early tasks.
Please remember, Parents are responsible for their child on the school site until they enter the hall / classroom.
Please do not arrive on the school site before 8:30 if your child is not taking part in the Morning Club.
Children from class 3 and 4 who have been at the morning club will be taken, by a member of staff to their class at 8:30.

After-school Club
3:30 – 4:30pm @ £3.00
4:30 – 5pm @ additional £1.50
Our after-school club will be a combined single club running each afternoon. This will be open to all ages. Each afternoon, children will have a choice of different activities - these will include a sports activity and another activity e.g. board games, construction or craft based. The after-school club will run from 3:30 - 4:30pm at a cost of £3.00 per session with the option to stay for an additional 30 minutes to 5pm for an additional £1.50 (total of £4.50 to stay till 5pm).
How to Book Wrap-Around clubs
Sessions for the first half term in September are now available to book through ParentPay.
If you would like your child to stay till 5pm, you will need to book one club till 4.30pm and then the additional club for the extra time from 4:40 – 5pm.
Sessions are booked for the full half term. If you would like to book single sessions throughout the term, that is possible but dependent on their being places available.
For the morning club, sessions must be booked by 10am on the Friday for the following week.
Afternoon sessions can be requested on the day.
Please contact the school office if you would like to book in for a single session / group of sessions.
If you are late collecting your child at 4:30pm, you will be required to pay for the additional session to 5pm.
For low income families, we are able to subsidise the cost of these clubs. Please speak to Mrs Samson in the office, in confidence, to see how we can support you. ​​
